Assembly

Assemble your Gridlock insert.

Your Gridlock insert is a cardboard grid cut to fit one product inside its box. It goes together by hand in 30 seconds. No tape, no glue, no tools.

1Flat cut cardboard sheets laid out on a kitchen counter, notches visible along their edges

Unfold the flat pack

Inserts ship flat. Separate the pieces and lay them out. Each one is cut for one position in the grid.

2Two hands slotting the notched cardboard sheets into one another

Slot the grid together

The notches hold each other. Nothing else holds the joint together.

3The assembled grid inside a shipping box, each can seated in its own cell

Drop it in the box

Set the assembled grid into the box you already ship in, then seat your product in its cavity.

If it does not fit

The insert is cut to one specific product and one specific box. If either has changed, stop and get in touch before shipping. A grid that has to be forced is not protecting anything.

Before you pack anything, check that what you are shipping is allowed: see Prohibited & Restricted Items.
