What happens after you scan
You scan the product you want protected. We cut the insert around that scan and you approve a picture of the insert before anything is produced. Nothing to mail and nothing to measure by hand.

Will it fit what you make?
Most things between roughly three and sixteen inches work well. Above about two feet we cannot fold the insert flat, so we cannot post it to you. Solid metal is heavier than the board is built to hold. Every insert is cut from your own scan, so there is no catalogue to choose from and nothing is standard.
It works best if you ship the same shape over and over. The design happens once, so every reorder after the first is just a reorder. If every parcel you send is a different shape, this will not earn its keep, and we would rather say so here than after you have paid.
How many you have to order
Twenty-five is the smallest production run. Before that we can do a one-time sample of five, so you can put your own product inside one and post it somewhere before committing to a batch.
